Founders Lomo Day and David Day

 

In the autumn of 2008, Lomo Day crafted the very first NOVOFLOW wiper blade, beginning a 18-year journey in manufacturing. Over the years, NOVOFLOW relocated several times, and from 2012 to 2021, the factory operated in a five-story building nestled at the foot of a mountain in a village called Deep Valley. Days were filled with the hum of machines, and evenings brought rest among the trees—a unique blend of technology and nature.

 

In 2017, Lomo introduced WOWIPER, a car care line designed to make one-stop shopping easier for customers. The line’s colors honor Gulf Oil, a tribute to its storied legacy in motorsports—a passion Lomo shares, from the 24 Hours of Le Mans to Gulf Oil’s iconic role.

 

A special moment comes when traveling to international exhibitions and finding NOVOFLOW products, from wiper blades to car wash towels, in local markets—sometimes still warm from the factory. And if you’re wondering who’s older, Lomo or the brand? Well, that’s a story for another time.
